Staff, although very friendly didn't speak any English so we had to refresh our Russian/Ukrainian sklills

Very elegant, desent, nice-furnished hotel in the mountains on a quiet place. The hotel has a restaurant with wide choice of food ideal for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was ok, with wide sort of fruits, meats, cheese, drinks etc. We were there in November for a weekend, so not during ski season, that's why there was nothing to do outside the hotel. There is a hotel and bar nearby offering sauna and billiard. The staff was friendly, but....

The staff speaks only Ukrainian, this way the communication was very difficult. They could not explain that we had to book in advance the entire wellness area if we want to enter there. Other guest booked the place for the whole evening we spent there so we could not even play billiard because it was next to the sauna and no entry was permitted due to booking of others. It is strange that in a 4* hotel nobody speaks foreing languages English, German (or Hungarian)

Located north of the mountains, this hotel offers guests the opportunity to play tennis in their on-site court. the hotel is nestled in the valley, providing beautiful views to guests. the hotel rooms are spacious and some offer balconies with free WiFi. Delicious breakfast and satisfactory service. the hotel also has a children's playground and a pool on their open air terrace.

The hotel seems to lack convenience stores and bank outlets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, surrounded by awe-inspiring mountain views. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, making our stay very pleasant. The hotel facilities were superb, we were able to use the tennis court just a stone's throw from our room. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely stunning, with a small river nearby providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. I was also impressed by the staff's attentiveness, as they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcome drink, making me feel instantly at home. The hotel also offered a range of services, such as room service, laundry, and airport shuttle, making my stay even more convenient.

All in all, I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends. Everything from the location to the amenities and services provided exceeded my expectations.

Spent Xmas in the middle of the forest, enjoying the mountainous view and the quiet surroundings. the hotel offered a great buffet breakfast and a restaurant with delicious local cuisine. the outdoor terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy meals and relax. the suite was spacious with a cozy vibe, and the view from the balcony was stunning.

The bathroom lacked some amenities, no shelf by the sink or handles in the bath area, plus the water pressure and temperature were disappointing. the road to get to the hotel was in poor condition.

Great location in the middle of the forest, with amazing views of the mountains. The hotel offers two buildings with a play area for kids and an outdoor pool area with loungers. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is diverse and filling. the staff is friendly and helpful.

Although beautiful, the surrounding area can be quite isolated and difficult to navigate without a car. The road to the hotel is rough, with many holes and uneven spots.
